Being Saints mad but not computer savvy it took me a while to find all the relevant Saints stuff for an ex-pat to keep up to date & to feel "in touch" with my team & fellow fans. I have only been posting on here for about a year & usually enjoy the banter, wit & repartee, however recently it has gone a little sour at times. I'm always happy to debate all aspects of Saints & will entertain all opinions (as long as they don't get abusive). I'm not interested in cliques or gangs, just good honest debate without some people's other agendas. I have been made to feel very welcome on here & have Tirau Dan to thank for steering me in this direction. Oh, I also enjoy laughing at the not so sorry demise of Poopey. Incidentally, the best two seasons we've had for decades & I've been out of the country - how ironic! I'll be back in Blighty in May though for assault on the Premier League. In NA & NC I trust - Saints for ever!
NOOOOOOOOO Rob!!!!!!!! DON'T COME HOME!!!!! There's clearly a link between you being there and our rise up the leagues. You should be refused entry until we've won the Champions League for five consecutive years.
You're not the first person to say that!

Some people may say it's karma (or is it kharma?).

Anyway, I'm not superstitous so I don't care how many ladders I've walked under or mirrors I've broken - I'm coming back & you can't stop me! (Unless you work for the UK Border Force)."

Lambert treble fires Saints back to top spot

First published in Sport

Rickie Lambert bagged his third hat-trick of the season to fire Saints back to the top of the Championship table.

The prolific striker scored twice in the space of ten first half minutes before rounding off a 3-0 win at Watford from the penalty spot.

With West Ham only drawing at home to Crystal Palace, the result saw Saints climb back to the league summit on a day when Birmingham also lost at home to relegation threatened Nottingham Forest.
