Sean Ervine’s younger brother helped Zimbabwe win their first Twenty20 international against South Africa – a fortnight after playing for Lymington.
Craig Ervine made four appearances in the Southern Electric Premier League before returning to Zimbabwe earlier this month.
Batting at number six, he contributed two not out as Zimbabwe made 176-4 after winning the toss in Harare.
Man-of-the-match Chris Mpofu took 3-20 as a Proteas line-up including Hashim Amla, JP Duminy and Wayne Parnell was dismissed for 147, Zimbabwe completing a shock 29-run win.
