It's that 'box-to-box' bit. With due respect to Dean H., I think he may have found his level. I'm sure he'll have the chance to see if he can step up and I hope he can but SD has played at this level and is in the prime of his career.

not a hard man, but doesn't get fouled that often Rangers games. Except old firm games, when he was the first target for every Celtic player to make sure he knew who was playing, no greater tribute.
I am a Rangers fan and I can tell you he will slot in perfectly. His passing abiblity is tremendous over short and one-two's he will make any of our forwards look better and score more goals.
On a fan of Rangers mode, I would like to think that Saints will not baulk when Rangers request a compensation. Rangers really do need the money.

Rangers were liquidated so all employment contracts terminate at that time. I'm not sure on what grounds Newco will be able to ask for compensation for any player who walked away. Having said that football does seem to have it's own rules.

You have to go on the Poopey News site and read how sad and defeated they are becoming. When we were in the mire they took the michael at every oppurtunity, their problem has gone on for so long it seems rude to continue to kick them. I am one of the minority who wants them to survive so we start a new thread of hatred at them whenever we get the oppurtunity to remind them of how **** they are

Was wondering with all the different pricing and seating arrangements this season at St Mary's, will it affect the acoustics? I know there are large sections in the Northam that are always vocal during games and also its very loud on the other side of the away fans, which is where I like to sit. But what about the rest of the ground, little pockets of noise isn't good enough! The Kingsland is notoriously quiet and the Chapel is not much better.
It will be interesting to see/hear when the season kicks off, Cant wait!!!

Don't go there. After posting there yesterday I came in for a fierce attack for being a 'male chauvinist pig'. Fortunately, I got myself off the hook by explaining that when I was working in the Middle East I defied the backward local custom whereby women always have to walk behind the men. To make a statement on women's rights, I always ensured my wife walked in front of me!

Of course, as I did not wish to cloud the issue, I made no mention of the fact that there were a lot of land mines about at the time.

Don't go there. After posting there yesterday I came in for a fierce attack for being a 'male chauvinist pig'. Fortunately, I got myself off the hook by explaining that when I was working in the Middle East I defied the backward local custom whereby women always have to walk behind the men. To make a statement on women's rights, I always ensured my wife walked in front of me!

Of course, as I did not wish to cloud the issue, I made no mention of the fact that there were a lot of land mines about at the time.

I would like to know how you are coping with the difficulties of its positioning, relative to the latest knowledge on the ticket sales and the continuing monsoon.
I am concerned that there is the possibility that you may well surface and find that all of the seats have gone.(Could tarnish your image a tad, me thinks.)
I would also like to know whether you know the whereabouts of Alicescat as he seems to have gone missing.
A "Source"has suggested that you may well have sent him down to investigate, as there are reports of an infestation of rats near the ground.
Im not sure if the tunnel scheme is still top secret, anyway I wont tell anyone.

The tunnel is behind schedule unfortunately. One night last month I dreamt I was an otter and afterwards I could not be absolutely certain that in fact I am not real, but just part of a dream than an otter is having. Ever since I've been spending a huge amount of time trying to track someone down who can nail this problem, but with no success.

I have not seen Alicescat, but coincidentally this week I am looking after Chairman Meow, my Uncle Wei's cat this week.

But what about the rest of the ground, little pockets of noise isn't good enough! The Kingsland is notoriously quiet and the Chapel is not much better.
It will be interesting to see/hear when the season kicks off, Cant wait!!!

Unless I had a spot of finger trouble with a calculator I made it that 22,632 seats had been sold at the time of your check. So I don't think that is too bad at all.I would be surprised if by the end of the period that the season tickets can be purchased, the number will be easiy 25,000. Happy Days!!!
