Danny Briggs has been named in England's squad for next month's World Twenty20.
The Hampshire star, who made his one-day international debut earlier this year, is included in the 15-man party that will try and defend the World Twenty20 title in Sri Lanka without Kevin Pietersen.
Briggs could miss Hampshire's final Championship matches against Essex and Derbyshire as the same squad will play three T20 games against Southa Africa on September 8,10 and 12.
