The England and Wales Cricket Board has made Danny Briggs unavailable for Hampshire's last two LV County Championship matches, following his inclusion in the World Twenty20 squad.

Briggs, who has only played four four-day matches all season, will miss the last home game against Essex and the final match away to division two leaders Derbyshire.
