AFC Totton will host Gosport Borough in the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy later this month.
The Stags' reward for beating Bideford 2-0 on Saturday is a home tie against their local rivals on October 27.
Alex Pike’s Gosport progressed with an impressive 4-0 victory at Slough Town, courtesy of a Justin Bennett hat-trick.
