Hampshire’s Liam Dawson has confirmed he is going out on loan at his own request.
The all-rounder was dropped for this week’s LV County Championship match against Middlesex at Lord’s and is now set for a temporary move to another county.
To clarify I'm going on loan as I want to play first team cricket, Thanks to Hampshire for agreeing to it.

"It's been disappointing as Liam shows a lot of promise, but the numbers are just not there with the bat," Hampshire coach Dale Benkenstein told the BBC.
"Ideally, we would like him to be in the top six as a batter, but you're doing a disservice to other players in the second XI who are putting up good enough scores."
"I think there would be quite a few counties who would want him," Benkenstein said.
"He's disappointed he's not playing, but we just can't find a place for him in our team at the moment."
Since making an unbeaten 58 and taking 3-3 in the opening ‘first-class’ match of the season against Loughborough UCCE, Dawson has struggled to make an impact back in division one of the LV County Championship.
He opened the batting in the first six matches before being dismissed for 25 and four in the defeat at home to Somerset last week.
Dawson has an aggregate of 299 runs at 23 and ten wickets at 37.8 in the top flight this season,
The 25 year-old made 908 runs as an opener when Hampshire were last in division one in 2011, reached four figures for the first time in 2013 when he made an aggregate of 1,060 at 48.18.
He has a career record of 4,233 first-class runs at 31.8 and 76 wickets at 41.5.
