Shahid Afridi has agreed to play for Hampshire in the 50-over Royal London One Day Cup.
After an offer by Hampshire to play 50 over cricket, I have decided to play for them, looking forward to it 👍🏽

The Pakistan superstar initially signed a deal to play alongside Darren Sammy as one of Hampshire's two overseas players in the Natwest T20 Blast.
With Ryan McLaren effectively a four-day specialist after being de-registered for the limited-overs competitions to accommodate Afridi and Sammy, Hampshire have been without an overseas player for their two RLODC matches so far.
But Afridi is now available to play in all limited-overs cricket for Hampshire, a big boost ahead of the back-to-back RLODC games against Gloucestershire at Bristol and Surrey at The Ageas Bowl on Tuesday/Wednesday.
