Calmore shot Langley Manor out for 111 before romping to a seven-wicket Southern Electric Premier League Division 2 win at Knellers Lane.
Scoring runs has been a problem for the Manor all season and little changed as they tumbled from 47-2 to 111 all out in less than 30 overs.
Steve Harris (15) and Jack Budd (19) made starts at the top of the order, but wickets fell all too regularly to Luke Johnson (2-19), Dan Croft (2-41) and Matt Maiden (2-33).
Langley Manor tottered at 74-8 when Jamie Brown hit an unbeaten 30 to raise the total to 111.
Mike West cut through the tail, taking 4-17.
Australian Josh Holden turned his ankle in the warm-up, but was sufficiently mobile enough to snap up two catches and then point Calmore towards a comfortable win by smacking eight boundaries in a quick-fire 44.
Mark Lavelle (20) and Darren Vann (16) perished to give the Manor a bowling bonus point.
