Teenage South Wilts pair Sam Arnold (50) and William Wade (60) shared a 112-run opening partnership which set up a 59-run win over Norfolk, which put Wiltshire though to the ECB Under-17 County Championship final.
Wiltshire, who play Wales in the final at Kibworth this weekend, totalled 220-9 before dismissing Norfolk for 161.
Earlier this month, 15-year old Wade hit a career-best 144 against the Isle of Wight.
