COMPTON & Chandlers Ford cracked 25 runs off the last over to beat Basingstoke & North Hants by two wickets in a NatWest Under-16 Indoor League thriller at the Ageas Bowl.
Chasing down 144-4, CCF were facing their first defeat at 100-4, but Jovan Dhariwal (41) and Dylan Read (32) turned the game around.
CCF’s subsequent win over the New Forest – again underpinned by Dhariwal - means they have won all five matches to far.

Basingstoke & NH 146-4 (Deadman 27*, Neal 26, Metzer 22), New Forest 134-3 (Bound 28*, Simpkins 28*, Carty 23*). Basingstoke & NH won by 13 runs.
Basingstoke & NH 144-4 (Deadman 48*, Stringer 23), Compton & CF 150-4 (Dhariwal 41*, Read 32*). Compton & CF won by two wickets.
