YOU’RE never too old to take wickets in the Hampshire League, it seems!
Brian Price celebrated his 75th birthday with a 5-13 return for Burley II against Alderholt in Regional Division 3 South West, but had his celebrations tinged by his side’s onewicket defeat.
Burley made 133 but, despite Price’s five-wicket haul, Alderholt scraped across the line with their last pair at the crease.
