Tadburn Cougars
1 - 0
Hedge End Cougars It's a funny old game, how can the boys put in such a passionate performance in the first game and then go to sleep for the second. Luckily Hedge End didn't quite have their shooting boots on today, but probably shaded much of the possession in the first half. Finally it was Elliott Mitchell-Lee's run that set Louis Cornell free on the right who in turn squared the ball to Spencer the "Hit Man" Self who put Tadburn 1- 0 up at the break.

Tadburn Cougars
3 - 1
Hedge End Rhinos After having sized each other up a couple of weeks ago in the 0 - 0 stalemate, the Cougars and Rhinos finally got the chance to lock horns again. The early play was mostly in the Rhino's half as Tadburn tried to force the game, but Hedge End as proved so many times this season are a hard team to break down. Finally some neat passing from Spencer Self and Harry Tulk managed to get the ball past the Hedge End defence for Elliott Mitchell-Lee to slot home coolly from close range. The Rhino's then upped the tempo and the usual end to end game ensued, with both teams just lacking that cutting edge in front of goal as chances were squandered by both teams allowing the Cougars to go into the break one goal to the good.

Tadburn Cougars
4 - 1
Townhill Tornadoes A first half hat-trick from Harry Tulk and an impressive solo effort from Elliott Mitchell-Lee, saw the Cougars 4-0 up by the break. Ben Hoyland was having a terrific game on his own at the back and keeper Jake Graham pulled off several cracking saves before Townhill's number 3 nodded in a consolation goal from a well taken corner. Jai Woolford had the best chance of the second half for Tadburn as he tried chipping the keeper from 20 yards out only to see the ball drift just over the crossbar.

St Denys Youth
0 - 2
Tadburn Cougars A goal in each half for Captain Harry Tulk saw the Cougars run out winners against a St Denys side that played well but just could not quite find the finishing touch today. Ben Hoyland put in a great performance at the back today as Jamie Beard pushed forward supporting the midfield. Elliott Mitchell-Lee hit the upright early on and Jai Woolford went close twice before setting up Harry's first of the day. Louis Cornell set up Harry's second as Harry smashed in what could be goal of the season from just outside the box.

Hythe Harriers
2 - 5
Tadburn Cougars After a gritty first performance of the day, Tadburn seemed to go to sleep as Hythe's number 10 stumbled his way through to score in the first minute leaving the boys looking rather bemused. Clearly frustrated captain Ben Hoyland rallied his players which seemed to do the trick as Jamie Beard won several crunching tackles and it was Ben himself who set Elliott Mitchell-Lee free to cross for Spencer Self's first of the day. Harry Tulk then quickly slid in a second before Jai Woolford going close himself allowed Spencer to rifle in his second of the day for 3 -1 to Tadburn at the break.

Hedge End Rhinos
0 - 0
Tadburn Cougars With a sickness bug still taking its toll, both teams had struggled to find six fit players. Hedge End kicked off and went straight on the attack, but luckily the Tadburn defence avoided any early wobbles and it was in fact the Cougars who created the lion share of chances in the first half. First Harry Tulk and Elliott Mitchell-Lee going close, before Spencer Self fired straight into the keeper's hands. Hedge End started to apply the early pressure in the second half forcing Captain Ben Hoyland to make several important interceptions. Tadburn were beginning to wonder if they may rue the missed chances of the first half as they started to play a lot deeper. Jai Woolford put on a brave performance and was clearly still suffering as he managed to feed Elliott through late on only for his shot to drift agonisingly wide. Hedge End then forced a series of saves from an inform Jake Graham as the game slowly came to a close. Perhaps with squandered chances at both ends the game lacked the spark everyone had expected but it was end to end all the same and both teams battled hard for the point.

Tadburn Cougars

Granley Rovers Granley Rovers having just put in one of their most improved performances of the season in their earlier game finally ran out of puff against an on fire Tadburn Cougars. Elliott Mitchell-Lee scored first with a solo run from the half way line. Harry Tulk then bagged a brace looking very composed in one on ones with the keeper. Elliott then sneaked a second from Louis Cornell's lay off. Jai Woolford and Jamie Beard both hit the woodwork before Ben Hoyland scored his first of the season with a carbon copy of last years flick on from a well swung in corner for 5 - 0 at half time.

Tadburn Cougars
2 - 2
Eastleigh Youth FC Tadburn Cougars faced Eastleigh for the early morning kick off in what proved to be a cracking end to end game. The early possession was all in the Eastleigh half and it was this pressure which paid off when a loose ball from a corner was met sweetly by Jamie Beard for 1 - 0. The game then opened up with both teams going close at either end. Jai Woolford forced several good saves and Jake Graham responded well at the other end, but with just minutes to half time Eastleigh's number 7 levelled things with a brilliant solo effort.
