IAN Baird accused controversial Crawley Town boss
Steve Evans of telling his players to break Adam
Everitt's legs during Eastleigh's FA Trophy exit.
Evans has already been sent to the stands three
times this season and Baird was furious at his response to a late tackle by left-back Everitt during the second half of Eastleigh's 2-1 defeat.
Everitt sparked the flashpoint by upending Crawley goalscorer Dannie Bulman, who appeared to over-react in front of the dug outs, in the 54th minute.

Baird said: "Everything was fine before that but their manager's reaction was to tell his players to break Adam's legs and that's unacceptable at
any level.
It's something we would never do and is unprofessional.
"Hearing another manager say that about my player
does make me irate."
Bulman had scored one goal and made another as
Crawley took a 2-0 lead inside the opening 12 minutes.
Eastleigh sub Chris Piper pulled a goal back midway through a much-improved second half.
And after "a long and constructive meeting" in the visitors' dressing room, Baird said: "It's a very disappointing result considering our second-half performance but the way we started eventually cost us the game.
