AFC Totton will look to shake off an opening day 3-2 defeat at Taunton Town in their first home game of the new Southern League South & West season against Wantage Town tonight (7.45pm).
The Stags beat Wantage 3-1 at the Testwood Stadium last term with goals from Jamie Blackburn and Craig Feeney and will be looking for a repeat performance this evening.
The match will give the Totton faithful a first glimpse of their new-look side in competitive home action after manager Steve Hollick shaped his team in his first pre-season in charge of the club.
The Alfredians were defeated 1-0 by newly promoted Slimbridge in their Southern League curtain raiser on Saturday.
