Former Saints star Wayne Bridge scored a rare goal as Brighton and Hove Albion won 3-0 in the Championship at Ipswich this afternoon.
The Winchester-born defender netted from long range – for only his sixth league goal in 336 appearances.
Three of those goals have come for the Seagulls this season, where he is on loan from Manchester City.
Saints loanee Dean Hammond had earlier opened the scoring.
