RICKY Bull and Luke Watts starred as Hamble Club maintained their Hampshire Premier League title challenge with victory at Paulsgrove.

Three goals in the opening 32 minutes set them up for a 3-1 victory at the Portsmouth outfit.

Hamble took the lead on 11 minutes when Watts got free down the right and provided a low cross for Bull to convert.

Bull turned provider just after the half hour mark with a cross that Watts tapped in at the far post.

Hamble faded as an attacking force after Crook went off injured, but Paulsgrove only managed one second half consolation from Sammy Kessack.

Hamble remain third, seven points adrift of leaders Baffins Milton Rovers but with five games in hand.

Jason Parrish took his seasonal tally to 26 as Rovers won 4-1 at rock bottom Locks Heath.

Dean Harris and Jake Couzens also netted, with Marc Holland replying.

Stuart Findlay fired a second half hat-trick as Winchester Castle defeated Clanfield 5-1.

He scored in the 50th, 71st and 89th minutes, with Liam Nancholas and Callum Holloway also on target.

All the goals came in the second half, with Dan Coleman netting an 80th minute reply.

Bush Hill conceded two late goals to crash 3-1 at Overton.

Danny Wakefield had cancelled out Luke Neller’s opener for Overton, who won with goals from David Parry (84 mins) and Chris Lavisher (93).

Three goals in the opening half hour helped Fleetlands defeat visiting QK Southampton 3-0.

Connor Johnson, Charlie Wakefield and Jamie Wrapson - the latter with his 16th goal of the season – were on target.

Jazz Beavis (2) and Jack Hutchings scored as Stockbridge won 3-2 at Headley.
