THE semi-final line-up for the Hampshire FA Senior Cup is complete with Sholing and Alresford Town joining AFC Totton and AFC Bournemouth in the last four.

Dave Diaper’s Sholing bounced back from behind to stun Conference South outfit Havant & Waterlooville 3-1 at the Silverlake Arena, while Alresford edged the all-Wessex tie against GE Hamble 1-0 thanks to Zach Glasspool’s 19th goal of the season.

The decider arrived on 30 minutes when Warren Bentley delivered from the right and Glasspool planted a left-foot shot into the bottom corner.

Hamble pressed hard but were denied by a man-of-the-match display from Alresford keeper Steve Phillips. To compound their misery, the Planemakers had Liam Crook red-carded for a reckless challenge on Simon Everett late on.

Steve Ramsey gave Havant a 12th-minute lead at Sholing only to see it wiped out two minutes later when Byron Mason headed the Boatmen level.

Pete Castle bundled home Kev Brewster’s free-kick to make it 2-1 on 36 minutes and Barry Mason crowned victory five minutes from time, volleying home brother Bryon’s cross.

It was Sholing’s seventh win out of seven in 2013 and they will be gunning for an eighth tonight at Frome Town in the Red Insure Cup.
