WINCHESTER City will face Bemerton Heath Harlequins in the semi-finals of the Sydenhams League Cup - providing they get past last season’s beaten finalists and current league leaders Petersfield Town.
Bemerton booked their place in the last four with a 3-0 win over Ringwood Town last night courtesy of Jack Eves, Scott Joyce and Jack Slade.
AFC Portchester were the first side through to the semis after hammering Newport IoW 5-1 last week. Graham Rix’s men will now face the winners of the delayed Horndean versus Blackfield & Langley tie.
Semi-final matches will be played at a neutral venue on a date to be announced.
