SCOTT Joyce struck the killer blows as a tired looking Horndean side ran out of steam 2-0 at Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
Joyce scored early in the game and netted another late on to deflate a Deans side still feeling the after-effects of last Tuesday’s extra-time defeat to Blackfield & Langley in the Sydenhams League Cup.
Nathan Paxton hit the crossbar and Harry Potter missed a one-on-one for the visitors, but Heath held strong for their second successive Sydenhams Premier win.
