IT’S all change in the Sydenhams Wessex League with two managers leaving their jobs.

Carl Poore has stepped down as boss of Premier Division outfit Verwood Town, while Callum Brooks has left New Milton, of Sydenhams One, to take up a coaching role with Poole Town.

Poore, 32, departs after a 16-month spell at Potterne Park which included a memorable run to the last 64 of last year's FA Vase.

New Milton have already announced a replacement for Brooks, promoting Connor Natella from the role of head coach.

Natella, who has worked a Fawcett’s Field for 18 months, said: “Obviously I’m delighted that the chairman’s shown faith in what we’ve started here this year.

“It gives us a chance to keep things together and keep moving forward which is great.”

Thanking the out-going Brooks, Natella added: “I’m hugely proud to say I’ve worked with Cal. He’s first class in everything he does and the only surprise is that this opportunity (with Poole) hasn’t come about earlier.”

Weather-permitting Verwood will tomorrow (Wednesday, 7.45pm) host Folland Sports, who are themselves undergoing managerial change following Kevin Jackson's departure yesterday.
