WINCHESTER City have agreed to let striker Sam Wilson dual-sign for Sydenhams Premier promotion chasers Blackfield & Langley.
Wilson returned to the Denplan City Ground in the summer having claimed the Sydenhams Wessex League golden boot with 40 goals for Salisbury last term.
But having missed the start of the Southern One South & West season with a twisted ankle, he has struggled to make an impression in his second spell at the club with director of football Dave Malone admitting: βHe needs games and goals.β
Blackfield, as reported earlier, have been on the lookout for a new striker after losing ex-Saints, Winchester and Salisbury marksman Jamie White to a suspected hernia problem.
Wilson trialled for Fulham as a 17-year-old in 2011 during his Eastleigh days and lists Gosport Borough, Fleet Town, Poole Town and Sholing among his former clubs.
