TAUREAN Roberts marked his return to the Salisbury ranks by scoring twice in yesterday's comfortable 3-0 win over Slimbridge in the Southern South & West.
The wideman, back with the Whites from Tooting & Mitcham, opened the scoring with a seventh-minute cross-shot from 25 yards and closed it six minutes from time, punishing some scruffy defending.
Kane O’Keefe had made it 2-0 on 73 minutes after Justin Bennett had headed another Roberts cross into his path.
Steve Claridge’s Whites - still fourth in the table - travel to Barnstaple Town on Tuesday in the quarter-finals of the Southern League Challenge Cup.
