SALISBURY boss Steve Claridge is happy to have “a bit more room for manoeuvre” heading into Saturday's third-versus-fifth Evo-Stik South West showdown at home to Evesham United.
With frontman Marvin Brooks back available after suspension and injuries starting to heal, Claridge smiled: “For the first time this season I’ve actually got a few decisions to make.
“Marvin is back now and Chris Shepard is fit – and he makes a huge difference to the side.
“We’re in decent nick for Saturday, we’ve got a nice balance."
Just a point separates the sides and Claridge anticipates a tough test against the Worcestershire visitors.
“Evesham have had a real go in the transfer market, they've got good quality there and we know that,” he said.
“We fully expect at the end of the season for them to be very close, but hopefully behind us. They will be right up there, no doubt about that.
“But if we concentrate on what we've got to do, we are as good as anyone at this level.”
