CARL Bennett has replaced Bradley Harthill at the helm of Sydenhams One basement boys Folland Sports.
Bennett, a former Romsey Town and Whitchurch United manager, was most recently number two to Alex Pike at Evo-Stik South Premier side Gosport Borough.
He is being assisted at Follands Park by Martin Coe.
The Planemakers, currently marooned seven points adrift at the foot of the Division One table, host Alton on Saturday (3pm).
Bennett's first game in charge ended in a 5-1 home defeat at the hands of promotion-pushing Romsey Town on Tuesday.
A club statement said: “ Folland Sports FC would like to thank Bradley Harthill for all his hard work at Follands over this season, both as reserve team manager and then stepping up to the first team job through a difficult period. Thank you Brad from all.
"Carl Bennett brings masses of experince to Follands Park.
"Martin Coe has been our goalkeeping coach at Follands and, having been on Southampton FC books, has masses of experience."
