A host of additional Saints stars have been selected for international duty next week.

Dusan Tadic and Filip Djuricic were both confirmed yesterday in Serbia’s squad for their Euro 2016 qualifier away to Portugal, who have already included Jose Fonte on their list.

Toby Alderweireld was named in the Belgium squad for their qualifiers at home to Cyprus and away to Israel.

Elsewhere, Senegal selected Sadio Mane for their friendly against Ghana, in Le Havre.

Senegal will also face French Ligue 2 side Le Havre in a friendly.

There was bad news for Eljero Elia, though, as the winger did not make it onto the final Netherlands list, despite having been included in their provisional squad for a qualifier against Turkey and friendly with Spain.

Graziano Pelle will find out this evening if he has been picked for the Italy squad for their qualifier in Bulgaria and friendly at home to England.

l Saints have extended the contracts of two more promising youngsters. Striker Ryan Seager, who has scored 16 times for the under-21s this season, has signed a deal which keeps him at St Mary’s until 2018.

Midfielder Dominic Gape, who like Seager has made his first team debit this season, has committed until 2017.
