Hampshire cyclists Dani King and Jon Dibben are both in the Great Britain line-up for next week’s Track World Cup, in Manchester.
Hamble’s King, fresh from her gold medal in the European Championships, is part of the women’s endurance squad.
The Olympic champion helped set a new world record in the team pursuit last week, as GB won comfortably in the Netherlands.
She is joined by her London 2012 colleagues Laura Trott and Joanna Rowsell, as well as emerging talent Elinor Barker.
Dibben, from Totton, who also competed at the Euros, is part of the men’s endurance squad.
The 19-year-old has now established himself as a regular member of the British team and will be hoping to further boost his status when the opening World Cup of the season takes place from November 1-3.
British Cycling performance manager Shane Sutton said: "We came home from the European Track Championships with three gold, two silver and three bronze medals, which has given us a solid start to the season.
"We'll be looking to build on that over the next couple of weeks, and I'm hoping to see some good performances across the board at the World Cup in Manchester.
"To compete at an event at our home velodrome is always a big boost to the team and it's without a doubt our favourite venue to race at.
"All of the team are looking forward to racing with the support of a home crowd again."
