MO Mohamed provided Southampton AC with their only win in the first round of the 2014/15 Hampshire Cross Country League at Farley Mount.
He strolled round the course to easily win the under-17 race.
He was joined by clubmates Luke Powell (5th) and Sam Costley (11th).
Pride of place on the day went to Southampton’s under-17 girls who won the team race.
Alana Spiers (6th), Anna Sharp (7th), Anna Reavey (17th) and Ellie Deans (30th) all impressed.
The senior men were third team overall, led by Matt Bennett in fourth place.
The women’s team finished fifth with Ellie Monks their first lady to finish in 13th place.
The under-13 boys were third overall, while the under-13s girls were second, Isabel Richardson leading their large turn-out home in third.
