BUSH Hill and Clanfield are joint top of the Hampshire Premier League Premier Division after weekend victories.

But Southampton-based Bush would be two points clear had Clanfield not poached an injury time winner against QK Southampton.

As it is, both the top two boast 21 points with Clanfield having a better goal difference – but Bush have a game in hand.

Bush romped to a 5-0 win at Hedge End Rangers with Jack Jewell (2), Charlie Hartup, John Macaulay and Perry Harding on target for the former Drew Smith Southampton League heavyweights.

QK fell behind at Clanfield in the third minute to an Ashley Fisher goal, but led midway through the second half thanks to Joe Griggs and George Callard.

Hammering Clanfield only levelled 10 minutes from time through Mike Newman before Lucas Lothian struck a 92nd minute winner.

Jordan Whiteley fired a hat-trick as fourth-placed Winchester Castle suffered a shock 7-2 hammering at Fleetlands.

The hosts’ final four goals, from Jamie Wilkinson (penalty), Jack Searle, Jamie Hall and Ryan Hathaway, all came in the last 20 minutes.

Dave Lowe and Brandon Lillie scored in reply.

Another hat-trick hero was Tom Smith, who helped Infinity dominate the battle of the bottom two.

Tom Stringer, Nik Brown and Jason Gibb also netted as Infinity trounced rock bottom Stockbridge 6-0.

Colden Common are third bottom, only ahead of Infinity by virtue of having score a goal more, after a 7-1 home thrashing by Liphook.

Sam Gray led the rout with a treble, with Tom Bedford (2), Dan Gray and Steve Harding also on target. Josh Coakley replied.

Joe Collins (6 mins) and Adam Wiltshire (86 pen) scored as Locks Heath won 2-0 at Andover Lions.

Liss came from 0-2 down to draw against Hayling United.

Kieran Carter and Danny Lane had put the visitors in control, but Dan Sharpe reduced the arrears and Tom Scott levelled seven minutes from time.
