JOHN Macauley struck a dramatic late winner as Bush Hill defeated Stockbridge in a 'top v bottom' Hampshire Premier League thriller.

Bush had led 3-1 before Liam Dufall completed his hat-trick 15 minutes from time.

The Southampton-based hosts, though, claimed a 15th win in 18 league games thanks to Macauley's 90th minute strike. They had earlier netted through Nathan Gray, Sean Haines and Richard Bridle.

With Hayling only drawing at Liphook, Bush are now a point clear at the top - and have a whopping SEVEN games in hand.
