James Ablett topped the field on a record-breaking day in the Meachers Global Logistics Masters to win the final major of the Hampshire PGA season.
The Lee-on-the-Solent player won the 36-hole stroke play event with a magnificent score of 14-under-par at Southwood Golf Club.
Ablett was one of ten professionals to break par in what was a record scoring day.
East Horton’s Russell Tate, on nine-under, finished in second place.
