JUSTIN Rose produced a crushing win against Open Champion Darren Clarke to progress through the group stages of the Volvo World Match Play Championship.
The Hampshire ace won this afternoon's contest 6&4 at the Finca Cortesin course, in Andalucia, Spain.
Rose was four-up at the turn and wrapped the match up at the 14th hole.
The victory over Clarke followed his 7&6 destruction of Robert Rock yesterday. Rose now advances to the last 16 of the competition.
