The six-man team progressed through the South East Group qualifier, following an incredible performance at Royal Mid Surrey.
Hampshire were seven shots back after the morning round, but a scintillating performance in the afternoon saw them win by 14 strokes from second-placed Essex.
The finals will take place at Cotswold Hills, Gloucestershire, in late August.
Hampshire’s team consisted of Jordan Ainley (Brokenhurst Manor), Billy McKenzie (Rowlands Castle), Harry Ellis (Meon Valley), Jack Singh-Brar (Brokenhurst Manor), Scott Gregory (Corhampton) and Jamie Mist (Hayling).
