LUCKY Mrs Amy Manning, 32, from Dumfrise Close, South Oxhey, has won a holiday home on the Costa Blanca courtesy of Masa International, Europe's leading spanish property specialist.
The competition, which was run on GMTV's breakfast show last week, was something Mrs Manning entered on a whim and ended up winning.
Amy who is mother to two children, Jodie, 8 and Lucy, 5, has won a two bedroom maisonette on the sunny Costa Blanca and is flying out to pick up the keys in the next few weeks. She has never even been to the Costa Blanca before.
Shey said that her husband Greg, 37, an electrician, is always saying "wouldn't it be great if we could escape to the sun?" and now they have won their own holiday home retreat
"The children are so excited" Mrs Manning said: "And I must admit so are Greg and I".
Masa Managing Director Mr Simon Morris said: "Amy has found the easiest way of all and follows in the footsteps of many, many Brits who have taken the plunge and bought a home in the sun.
"Many of them have found that the value of their property has increased substantially as well. A great investment all around. "
And with 320 days of sunshine, a cheaper and healthier lifestyle and cheap flights home you can also understand why some even relocate for good.
