STUDENTS at Best Theatre Arts took time off rehearsing for their Easter production of Twelfth Night to hold a "big bad hair day" on Saturday (March 15) to raise funds for Comic Relief.
The students won prizes for the worst hair and helped raise more than £100. Best's principal Annette Holland, said: "I threatened to sing unless they gave some cash and for some reason the total started to go up quickly after that."
Best is a leading St Albans theatre arts school for children aged between four and 16. Its rock 'n' roll production of Twelfth Night will be performed at the Sandpit Theatre (Sandringham School) between April 15 and 17.
