A Hampshire college has been playing a large part in England’s recent international success.
Three of Winchester’s Peter Symonds College pupils took on starring roles in the most recent Six Nations competitions.
Former student and regular England full-back Mike Brown was instrumental in his side’s 25-13 victory over Scotland.
The evening before, centre Joe Marchant, a current member of Peter Symonds’ talented Sports Performers Scheme, featured for the Under-20s who beat Scotland 26-11.
And ex-pupil Rowena Burnfield helped to make it a clean sweep for England against the old enemy when her side won 42-13.
