SOUTHAMPTON rugby star Mike Brown will begin the healing process after a disappointing World Cup with England.
The former Peters Symonds College student will throw himself straight back into action for Harlequins when the Aviva Premiership begins today.
The full back described last week’s World Cup heartbreak as “one of the worst of my life” but got straight back into domestic duties after returning to Quins training on Wednesday.
Brown will go straight to the bench for the league opener against Wasps.
He gave an honest assessment of England’s World Cup nightmare, admitting that not many of the Red Rose players would get into a World or Lions XV.
He said: “Probably a couple but not many.”
Brown said he would be striving to be at that level.
