SAINTS have announced they will not increase the cost of a season ticket for next season.

After a troubled campaign battling against relegation in the Premier League, Saints may have been inclined to drop the prices to entice fans back.

However, after managing to survive, another punt at top flight football and a price freeze on season tickets is the dangling carrot they've used to get bums back on seats at St Mary's for next term.

Current season ticket holders will have their seats held until Friday, June 22, to 'allow them the opportunity to renew', while they've continued to offer the 'ten-month payment plan' option to allow fans to spread the cost across the campaign.

"As well as being able to secure a piece of St Mary’s for 19 Premier League home games next term, supporters will also get the bonus of a free ticket to a home pre-season friendly, money off food and drink in the stadium on matchdays, and discount on official away coach travel," the club state on their website.

"That is on top of priority access to all away games and home cup fixtures, as well as retail discounts in store and online."

Adult prices start at £541 and go up to £759, while over-65s' tickets range from £355-£680, 18-21s from £243-£474, under-18s from £150-£404 and under-11s from £50-£202.

The 'new' perks that come with a season ticket mean you can get 20 per cent off food and drink 'up to 30 minutes prior to kick off', get 30 per cent off the cost of hiring a room at St Mary's and get £2 off coach travel to away matches.

And you get a free ticket to a home pre-season game.

Another one of the 'benefits' fans will receive, according to the club, is an 'exclusive monthly email'.

Saints are also offering a re-sell option on tickets if supporters are unable to attend matches, using the 'Ticket Exchange'.
