THE NAMES of Lancashire legends are set to be seen on the road of East Lancashire on a fleet of pie delivery vans.
Holland’s Pies, which have been produced in Lancashire for 160 years, is asking for people to come forward with their suggestions for names for its fleet of 28 vans.
Holland’s spokesman David Girdler said: “We want people to use their imaginations and dig deep. There are clearly some obvious ones, like Fred Dibnah, but we want some unusual ones too.”
The judging panel will select 28 names from the votes submitted, one for each of their vans.
