Mark Clattenburg will referee his first match since being cleared of racism allegations when he takes charge of Saints' home game against Norwich next Wednesday.
The 37-year-old had been accused by Chelsea of making a racist remark to John Obi Mikel during a game with Manchester United at Stamford Bridge last month.
However, the Football Association yesterday announced that no action would be taken against the official, adding that Clattenburg had no case to answer.
Clattenburg will be the fourth official in the Premier League game between Tottenham and West Ham on Sunday, before returning to normal duty at St Mary's next week.
