Easter Monday assault suspect released on bail
THE man charged in releation to the assault on Easter Monday has been bailed.
Abuzer Erdem, 27, of St Austell Way, Swindon, appeared at Salisbury Magistrates Court this afternoon charged with wounding / inflicting grievous bodily harm.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on April 19.
The 27-year-old victim, Sam Rees,remains in a critical condition at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
