Cookridge international trials rider James Dabill won the third round of the British Trials Championship on Sunday at Low Row, Reeth.
The victory enabled him to extended his lead in the title chase by three points from a revitalised Michael Brown who underwent a keyhole knee operation a week prior to the event at Reeth.
The Scarborough rider dislocated a knee while servicing his Gas Gas machine at the Scottish Six Days Trial at the beginning of May.
With only the Lake District finale to come on September 15, the score chart is critical.
The threats will come from Richard Sadler, Alexz Wigg and Sam Connor who all posted single figure laps on Sunday.
