I FULLY agree with Rita Crombleholme about councillors bickering through letters to The Press (Letters, September 10). The problem is that decisions are made by the so-called cabinet and some councillors are kept in the dark.
The council should all meet together and have a full discussion of the matters in hand and then vote on any proposals.
What is the point of our good citizens of York electing a hard-working local councillor if they are not fully involved in all decisions?
