A WEAVERHAM mum is bringing a unique surprise to children’s birthday parties to spread her and her daughter’s love of all things Disney.

Abigail Lapworth, 25, from Owly Wood, Weaverham, has decided to launch a new career as a Disney princess after seeing how much fun her five-year-old daughter Georgia has when she dresses up as the characters.

Abigail can be booked to go to children’s birthday parties dressed as one of many famous characters to surprise the birthday girl and dress them up as their own favourite princess.

Abigail said: “My daughter and I both love all things Disney and she loves it when we dress up together so I thought it would be a great idea to start this up.

“It’s a great way to help to create magical experiences for little girls who may not be able to afford to go all the way to Disneyland itself.”

The variety of Disney princesses includes Belle, Snow White, Rapunzel, Cinderella and Arial with more popular requests soon to be added to the list.

Abigail also pampers the birthday princess with face paints, party nails, hair curling and age appropriate make-up.

The new business has only been running for less than two months but it has been extremely popular around Weaverham so far.

Abigail said: “I’ve done quite a lot of parties already and the kids really love it, especially the younger ones because they think I’m the real Disney princess.”
