I give notice that Leases Farming Ltd is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the Development of a Borrow Pit to supply minerals for the construction of the A684 Bedale, Aiskew and Leeming Bar Bypass and that the application
is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton until 30 May 2014.
Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit
The application may be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
