A Braintree actor is looking forward to the release of his first feature film.
Ritchi Edwards, 23, of Hay Lane, has landed the character role of Glen Palmer in the film “Witch”, which is due to be released next year, directed and written by Trevor Hayward.
Mr Edwards, a former student at Alec Hunter, said: “My mum suggested that I started at a theatre show when I was very young and I did a few West End productions before giving that up to focus more on films.
“This is my first feature film and I am really enjoying the filming. All the cast are so professional, but they are like one big family and this closeness is reflected on set.”
Witch is a thriller about people bringing their childhood fears into adulthood.
