Southampton midfielder Victor Wanyama has asked to leave the club, according to Sky Sports.
The Kenyan international has been linked with Tottenham Hotspur in the past few days and reports suggest he wants to link up with ex-manager Mauricio Pochettino.
But as reported by the Daily Echo, Saints boss Ronald Koeman said no star players would be sold before the close of the transfer window.
