SAINTS fans are set to benefit from discounted tickets for Premier League and Europa League games as well as a ‘fan hub’ through the club’s main sponsors Virgin Media.

Virgin have already offered free travel and money off tickets for the Friday night match at Manchester United next month.

But Virgin is ‘committed to being more than a shirt sponsor’ and have launched a series of new initiatives in addition to their Old Trafford offers.

Saints have announced that Virgin will subsidised match tickets for one further Premier League away game.

There’s also a discounted ticket bundle for supporters, giving them guaranteed access to all three home matches in the UEFA Europa League group stages – full ticket details will be announced closer to the time of the draw.

Virgin have also said that they will be creating a dedicated Virgin Media ‘Fan Hub’ at St Mary’s, in and around the current Dell Bar area.

Additionally there will be a two-for-one offer on tickets for Saints’ home pre-season fixtures against Espanyol and Athletic Bilbao, which includes discounts for season ticket holders and official members.

On top of all that,  season ticket holders are in line to receive a discount on Virgin Media’s products and services, with full details of these offers to follow.

Southampton chief executive Gareth Rogers said: “We are fortunate to have such tremendously loyal supporters, and we are delighted that Virgin Media will be helping us to reward them with a range of initiatives that make the experience of coming and watching the Saints even better.”
