Franny Benali has had another tough day battling the Lancashire hills on the latest leg of his Big Race.
The legendary fundraiser ticked off Ewood Park and Turf Moor, the home grounds of Blackburn and Burnley, and will visit Newcastle, Sunderland and Midddlesbrough tomorrow.
The Benali's Big Race Twitter feed said: "Franny had a gruelling day riding over 5hrs for 76miles climbing 5600ft over the Yorkshire dales after his run to Blackburn and Burnley."
Saints goalkeeper Fraser Forster has shown his support, along with some of his England teammates, as they prepared for tomorrow's match against Malta.
