SAINTS have announced their season ticket prices for the 2017/18 campaign - with more than 2,000 seats reduced in cost and all other prices frozen.

The amount of cash fans will hand over to attend all games at St Mary's next term has stayed the same.

And there's some good news for anyone thinking of getting a new season pass, with new season ticket holder prices having been reduced by an average of 11 per cent.

On top of that there is a brand new family area in the Itchen South, with more than 2,000 seats now cheaper than in 2016/17.

"It means young fans and families will benefit greatly, with a dedicated, affordable area for them to come and watch Saints in action," a club statement said.

"Under-11s can now get a season ticket for just £50 – which works out at less than £3 per game – while under-18s can secure a seat for less than £8 a match.

"It also means that the combined price for an adult and an under-11 comes in as low as £591 for the season.

"In addition to this, we have also frozen prices for all other seats."

On Twitter the club wrote: "We now have one set of prices for all, but they are frozen against the 2016/17 renewal costs, so you won't pay any more."

So for next term, adult prices range from £541 in the family areas, £570 on the wings and goals and up to £759 in the premium section of the Itchen Stand.

In the centre Itchen and Kingsland price is set at £682, while Kingsland premium seating will cost £737.

Season tickets can be renewed online at tickets.saintsfc.co.uk, by telephone on 02381 780 780 or in person at St.Mary’s.

Fans have until 14 May to renew their season ticket and claim their seat.

The tickets can be bought with cash, card or by a ten month payment plan, which is interest free.

They go on sale next Tuesday (4 April) at 9am.
